Oh boy, here we go. We have had 2 straight MOH failures.
I bet EA realizes this and will seize the opportunity since they also have the IW screw up to motivate them. _________________

Having gone through his MW2 crap, I really dislike IWNET and currently am bored stiff with the maps which I already have played what now.....a million times, I am now more excited for this new MOH. The more I watch the trailer the more it looks playable, unlike the stiff and unresponsive BF:BC2.
I see conflicting reports on release as some say summer 2010 and some fall 2010. _________________

I like MW2 but i have to admit iwnet can get tiring sometimes. Problems joining servers and the fact that some guys cant join others parties because of router issues can be upsetting. The main thing i would like to see is either mw2 being offered a chance at dedicated servers or moh being actually good and having dedicated servers. Guess we can only wait with our fingers crossed. _________________

IW is horrible at releasing map packs. Were there any for COD 4? I cannot think of any new maps that IW made at all. _________________

I pre-ordered BF through steam but in some ways I wish I hadn't. I expected more from it TBH but I have only seen/played the demo so I'm not writing it off just yet until it's final release.
I can't afford to spend on ALL new releases, so I am not even sure I will be getting MOH for that reason. It's getting crazy the games we have to buy just to have a bit of fun lately. I gambled on BF, hoping the clan would all buy that, but that doesn't seem to have happened. I am sick of gambling my money on which game should be worth it's money and 'clan-ability' interaction.
It still pains me that MW just spoils the clan setup and takes away our CHOICES of ping, server, and anti-cheat.
BTW. I was kicked yesterday from a server for some reason, I rejoined another (mid-game) to be greeted by 5 consecutive PAVELOW'S player had 62-3 (left that one), went into the next for lago-rama jerky...took me 7-8 attempts to get another game going, the next was the same jerky wobbly mess...the last game I played the whole opposing team were knifing like the swedish chef on the muppets!

I know what you mean. Private matches are fun....but tough to get clan involved on same days. I havnt purchased BF ... but if it is decent enough, I'm game if others think they will be playing it. I will likely get angry with inability to kill stuff......but i got past it with last BF so im sure i'd deal.

It pains me too. MW2 is quite playable but is developed by a lazy company. Frankly I am bored stiff by MW2 now. Nothing is fresh anymore.
I think they need to re-release BF:BC2 in its final release form in a demo. It is coming out tomorrow the 2nd of March and the demo wasn't in final design? Ummm.....I would have somebody's head on a platter if I was an exec there at EA. _________________

I am also fed up with MW2, which is why i'm never around. Private matches are the only part of the game i can actually enjoy. I have never been able to connect to a game through my friends list, which is pretty useless, if i decide to join a game its always a few minutes waiting for iwnet to decide which laggy hackfest game to put me in. It pisses me off that i spent a fortune on a new pc just to play this crap, i must have the most expenssive blu-ray player in the country.
Of those that has tried BF is it worth getting or should we go back to an older game that we all played together and wait until MOH arrives. |
